NI 9171 / 9174 / 9211not recognized on one Windows 7 system (works on others)

Hi,

I am running Windows 7 and MAX picks up a USB-6009 immediately. The device loader is running. When I plug in a cDaq 9171 (with or without a 9219 module) nothing happens. It will not see the cDaq device. I have tried this on two different laptops with the same result. I am running NiDaq 9.4.

Any ideas?

Hello Raizor,

I first would like to check what lights are lit on your 9171. Have you tried different USB ports on your laptop? Are you connecting through a USB hub? Did the other computer you plugged into have DAQmx installed? Has your 9171 ever worked on any machines?
