NI-DAQ German Default Language !!

I've just installed LabVIEW 6.1 and then when I installed the NI-DAQ 6.9.3 the default installation language was in GERMAN! I don't have nothing against Germany, but why is that ? All the other default softwares uses English. Does it have something related to the machine ? I'm using Windows 98 SE in portughese.

I installed LV 6.1 and then NI-DAQ 6.9.3 (in German) and LabVIEW DID NOT installed none daq vi.
I tried to remove NI-DAQ and re-install it. I got this message:

"Ihr NI-DAQ Gerätetreiber wurde erfolgreich installiert. Sie können jetzt das System herunterfahren und Ihre Datenerfassungs-Hardware in den Computer einfügen. Nach dem Neustart Ihres Computers können Sie dann entsprechende Dokumentationen für Ihre Hardware installieren und die Hardware mit dem Measurement and Automation Explorer konfigurieren."
Does anyone from NI could please translate this to english ?

After searching on the support database I got was driven to the following

Installing NI-DAQ 6.9.2 on Windows 98 Using Regional Setting Other Than
English, German, French, or Japanese wich explains how to fix the problem
I'm facing.

My question is now the following: if this issue was detected since version
6.9.2, why it was not corrected to version 6.9.3 ?

It appears that the issue was discovered just before NI-DAQ 6.9.3 was released. That is probably why it was not fixed in version 6.9.3.
