Immediate things I would try:
1. Disable the Windows power settings that allow the system to turn off USB hubs. You will have to do this for each USB hub in the Device Manager.
2. Use a different USB port.
3. Reboot the computer.

Most importantly, ensure you've installed a DAQmx driver version that supports your device.

Hello,
Thankyou for your suggestion, we are working with the same device and system for last one year. It suddenly stopped working, it blinks the active light just once when the system connected to the device is turned on or when we change the USB port , otherwise the active indicator is off and only ready indicator is on. It happened once earlier but reinstalling the software (the latest version that is compatible with our device) fixed the problem, but this time that also not working.

We tried changing cable and system too. Can you tell me the compatible DAQmx driver version with WINDOWS 10 version 2004, right now we have NI DAQ version 21.3

As per the readme, USB-6251 is supported by DAQmx 21.3
Could you please expand the Devices tree item and share a snippet like the one below?

After expending device tree items only have these two options under device and interfaces. Please suggest what we should be doing further

You have a corrupted database. You need to reset it. In MAX, go to Tools->Reset Configuration Data.
