NI PCI-6703 is being detected as PCI-6036E

This is a WindowsXP system, and the card clearly has PCI-6703 printed on it, but the system is detecting it as PCI-6036E. I tried all the usual stuff like removing the card, rebooting, and plugging the card again, but it is insisting that it is 6036E. When I run the Test Panel, it is giving the error "device is not responding to selected based address". Any ideas?

What's the NI-DAQmx version installed?

Did you solve this problem? We are having a very similar issue with a PCI-6711 being read as PXI-6503 with no serial number. We can't run Test Panel or send signals from the card.
