not recognizing DAQ correctly

Hi everyone,

I have a computer with a PCI6025e, PCI6602, and PCI6711. 6025e and 6602 are recognized correctly in M&A with correct serial numbers. They were added in 2023 according to the properties tab. 6711 is listed as PXI-6503 with no serial number and says it was added 5/15/2025. It has been in the computer as long as the other 2 cards and was working as recently as May 8 but no longer works so something happened to it on May 15. Should I try to re seed the card? Or is the card dead?

Thank you for your time,

Stephanie

I would first try to reseat the card. I have had some very weird issues with PCI cards (not NI cards specifically) coming loose over the years.

It is also possible you upgrade your DAQmx driver to a version that is no longer compatible with that card. This is speculation as I cannot find any proof of the driver dropping compatibility with that obsolete card.
