I have started to work with a NI USB-6210 system. I tested it working on windows and could get all the measurements I needed.
Now, I need it working on linux. I am using Ubuntu 20.04 and followed the "Download and Installation Instructions" installing the drivers NI Linux Device Drivers for NI-DAQmx and packages according to DAQmx packages. According to the compatibility documents I have read, the NI USB-6210 should be compatible with ubuntu 20.04 and should run with no issues. After following the installation the NI USB-6210's light does not turn on. I also opened the "Hardware Configuration Utility" it appears as an unsupported hardware.
Is there something else I have to do to install the DAQ and have it turned on? Is there an API I can use to configure the DAQ on linux?
