 How can i control NI-6259 with the LabVIEW. I can see the device is connected with the computer through MAX. I also can see the signal from NI-6259 in signal express. Now i want to manipulate the NI-6259 with the Labview is there any way i can write the program on the labview and get the signal through NI-6259.

 Open up the example finder. Hardware input and output>>DAQmx. There are a bunch of examples there that you can use with your 6259.
