NI USB 6289 not working - urgent !

Hi,

I have a NI USB 6289 device (screw terminal), which is sudenly showing 13 V at all the ports even if its not powered up. It was working well and its a relatively new board. Kindly help to solve the problem - its urgent ! Thanks.
