NI Woerden (NL) told me I could load part 182498-01 ? HOW

I phoned with NI in Woerden and I've ordered part 182498-01 but I need it now. They told me I could get it on temporary basis, on loan.
Can it be FedEx-ed to me a.s.a.p., please?
