NI9411 got influence of change in NI 9264

Hello Everyone,

I am using cRIO 9074 with NI 9411 (used for Digital ulses from flow sensor) and NI 9264 for to control pump and re-cooler.

when I give control signal to re-cooler (specially when it change in between 5.5 and 6.5). But when control signal change, NI 9411 bevhave crazzy..

It shows sudden increment (all most double amount ) in digital pulses  from flow sensor, I cross checked with external digital flow meter. 

Any solution please... I almost spend more then a week to short it out....

Hi Tejaskumar,

for further analysis of your problem it would be useful to have some more information.

Maybe you could provide some plots (NI9262 outputs and NI9411 inputs) that visualize the problem?

Furthermore it would be interesting to know if you can reproduce the problem. Does it appear everytime you apply the control signal change to the NI9264 outputs or is the occurance of the problem random?

Please also quickly summarize the measures you took to approach the problem. Let's see if we can figure it out.
