Need Help, Opinion and Advice in My Final Project

Hi i was a design a simple oscilloscope, from research in develop zone, actualy i had been try start to design... in my final project, during design, that have still one problem...i cannot understand what this error..and some one can explain to me...

Can someone give me direction, opinion or advise or to complete my oscilloscope....,
