Are you connected to any accessories? If so, then you may want to disconnect those and then try test panels. If that begins working and you are using the CB-68T, then I recommend reviewing this article. Was the device working on another computer and stopped working during the transition? This article refers you to some suggestions in regard to that particular error. When I tried test panels on a XP computer with NI 435x 2.5.2 driver and Traditional DAQ 7.4.4, a test panel populated below without any additional input. What driver versions are you using?

Thanks for your reply. The NI-4350 was connected to CB-68T. However, it did not work even though the CB-68T was disconnected.
After contacting National Instruments, I was asked to send it back to the factory. They replaced a broken component (Analog Input Voltage (DMM)).
