Not responding to first IRQ level in Windows NT

I am running NI-DAQ version 6.1 windows NT 4.0, and I have a AT-MIO-16L-9 board in my computer.  I can add this device in Niconfig, and add a SCXI-1000 chassis as a SCXI device, which gets verified.  However, when I try to "Test Resources", I can a msg "The device is not responding to the first IRQ level."  On the board, I have the IRQ set at 11.  The only other ports on the computer I can find are COM1 and COM2 which have IRQ set to 4 and Default, respectively.  (Changing these makes it so that the I cannot att a DAQ device.)  Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Nathan,

It can sometimes be difficult to diagnose problems with these legacy devices using old drivers on an older operating system. I would recommend that you examine this document which discusses resolving conflicts between PCI and non-PCI devices. I'm not sure if this is the issue you are experiencing, but it may help. Other than that, I wonder has your configuration ever worked? When did you begin to receive this error message? Did anything change when this error message began to occur? A new card in the computer? An upgrade to the driver or OS?
