We have a PCI-6014 card. We want to use it for data aquisition from NPI amplifier using the NIDAQmx igor extension. But for that, the card has to first get detected in NI MAX software. We had tried uninstalling and installing the drivers. That made a difference in how the PCI-6014 is shown in the device manager (screenshot attached) but not in NI MAX. I also tried uninstalling all NIDAQmx softwares and packages and reinstalled them, this has still not resolved the issue. Currently, there is a small red cross on the PCI-6014 icon in NI MAX. Status is shown as present, but when trying to do a self test or calibration, it is showing the error with code- 50011. it says "Status Code: -50011
The specified count is too small or large or of the wrong granularity for read operations. In cases where an offset is also specified the maximum count may be derived from the offset. The operation could not be completed as specified." in the error field.(I have attached a screenshot from NI MAX software also).
I tried looking for solutions, but couldn't find anything helpful. It would be great if someone could suggest a solution or give a better idea about the origin of the error.
Note: our computer is running 64 bit windows 7

No screenshot was attached.
What's the NI-DAQmx version?
Are you using a native PCI slot? Or did you use a PCIe-to-PCI adapter?

Sorry, didn't realise that the screenshots were not attached.
The NIDAQmx version is 18.6. This was the last version I found which was compatible with windows 7.
I am not sure about the pci connection, but I think it should be a direct native connection since this is a very old system. But I will check that and update.

Ichecked it. The card is directly connected to PCI slot.
