Output trigger while acquiring data (voltage) from two channels

I am using LabView7/PCI-MIO-16E-4 DAQ/BNC2120. How can I output a
trigger at one frequency (~1Hz @5V) while acquiring data from two
other channels at a second frequency (~100Hz).

Hello,

A good example for acquiring data from two channels is �Cont Acq&Graph (buffered).vi� which can be found in the NI Example Finder. You can use one of the two counters on your board for the pulse train generation at 1 hz. Try using the �Generate Pulse Train (DAQ-STC).vi� example. NI Example Finder has excellent help on both these examples on the right in the �Description� text box. You should be able to copy and paste both these examples right into your application.
