Outputting from pxi-4461 using SignalExpress

I am trying to generate output signals using SignalExpress 2010 and a new PXI-4461 card. To do this I am creating an analog sine wave in the "Create Analog Signal" step and outputting that out of AO0 using the "DAQmx Generate" step. Next, I use "DAQmx Acquire" to view what is actually being output, and the signal being produced is not a sine wave, but some other distorted signal. I have tested out the input channels with a function generator and they all appear to register those signals well, so I am wondering if there is something wrong with the output channels in this card, or if I am using the wrong steps to output the signal. Any input is appreciated.
