PCI-6023E Boards calibrated at NI are not updated & listed in print calibrated document

PCI-6023E boards calibrated at NI are not updated in my devices- print calibration records.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you saying that the calibration data reported in MAX is not updated after you receive your card back from NI calibration? Or are you saying the NI Calibration Certificate is missing information? Are you using a software package such as calibration executive? Could you clarify what is meant when you refer to the Print Calibration Data Base?

I am refering to the NI website-MyNI/My Registered Products/On-line Calibration Certificates. When I enter a PCI-6023E serial number that has been recalibrated in Jan. '03 by NI, the web site says the device is out of calibration, but I have received a new calibration data sheet for the latest calibration. Will this new calibration be reflected in the web site?

Could you provide me with the following information:

Serial Number:
NI Part Number:
Description:

Calibration Date:
Calibration Interval:
Calibration Due:

All of the above information should be listed on the online calibration certificate. Also, could you tell me when your last calibration was by NI? Was it January 2003?

For example-PCI-6023E, s/n 1002B73, calbrated 1/27/03, due 1/27/04, Cert.#CMGE-5J7SBJ shipped back to me with calibrated board. MyNI print Calib. cert for this shows old cert#4743, calib. 1/10/02, due 1/10/03, not the "new recalibrated cert #".

Lee,

I apologize that it has taken so long to get back to you. It has been explain to me that due to your board being built in Hungary and was RMA'ed in the US, the most recent calibration information is unable to be uploaded into the web interface. The most recent calibration is valid; however, you will be unable to view it online. If you need additional copies of your calibration certificate we will glad to supply you with those.
