Hi sukru,
I see that you're doing some stuff with EMG signals. Those can be pretty fun, but for your test subjects' sake I hope you aren't actually sticking needles in their musculature! But if you have to I understand it's necessary sometimes for the best measurements possible.
I took a look at iWorx's ETH-256 and it looks like a pretty good piece of biomedical signal conditioning. From what I can tell the output values are going to be something in the range of +/- 5 V which should work perfectly with some of the possible range settings for the PCI-6052E.
You asked about the setting that you need for the SCB-68 in order to connect your device. My best bet is that since you only have two analog input channels that you should connect your measurements in a differential configuration with Analog Input 0 on pins 68 and 34 and Analog Input 1 on pins 67 and 33. As far as the switch settings go you can find more information on those in the SCB-68 68-Pin Shielded Connector Block User Manual. Most likely you will need to have the temperature sensor off and the accessory power on (default setting). If you do need the temperature sensor on, then keep in mind that the temperature sensor is mapped to Analog Input 0, so you will need to adjust your input channels accordingly.
Since you have LabVIEW 7.1 then I would recommend you take a look at the example Cont Acq&Graph-Int Clk.vi (Help > Find Examples > Browse > Hardware Input and Output > DAQmx > Analog Measurements). This should allow you to look at ai0 and ai1 once you get your hardware connected properly and should allow you to see your measurements on the Waveform Graph on the front panel.
Another way to test your measurements is to open Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX) by going to Start > All Programs > National Instruments. Once there open a Test Panel by going to My System > Devices and Interfaces > NI-DAQmx Devices > PCI-6052E. If you have any problems try right-clicking on the device, resetting it and performing a self-test.
I think that this information will get you pointed in the right direction. Best of luck with getting it all together.
Regards,
