PCI 6052e max sample rate

I have misplaced my manual and wanted to determine the max sampling rate for a PCI 6052E when sampling 6 channels at once. I was trying to samle at 1k HZ on each channel but the data is returning 260 samples per second. Help clearing up how the sample rate is being determined here would be great.

Hi,
Depending on your type of hard drive, these devices can stream to disk at rates up to 333 kS/s.
You can find manual by clciking on the follwoing link.
I hope it helps you.

I know the max rate what I want to know is if as the card multiplexes through the channels does it divide that 333Ks/s by the number of channels that you are sampling or does it keep using the 333Ks/s for each channel.  Neither situation corrisponds to the 260hz that the data seems to be sampled at.

Your first understanding that "divide that 333Ks/s by the number of channels" is correct.

Apart form scan rate, what have you set the 'number of samples per channel" in the DAQmx Read?? Or, if you are using Traditional DAQ, what  value have you set for its equivalent in AI read??
