Since you can longer order PCI-6111 boards, does anyone have any recommendations for a replacement board? Direct replacement or close to direct replacement is good.

If you need PCI-6111, some distributors/resellers stock obsolete NI hardware. One such is https://www.apexwaves.com/ and another is  https://www.electrorent.com/us.

 

If you're looking for an upgrade or redesign of the solution to last 10 more years, reconsidering your requirements and starting from there would be worthwhile.
