Hello!

If all SW needed is installed on the target it is most likely due to a corrupt file (during a power cycle for an example) and you can find information on how to fix such issues here (see problem 2):

When all SW I refer to the following: LabVIEW Real-Time, NI-VISA Server, NI-VISA and NI DAQmx.

I thougt that I installed all drivers but ı missed one. When ı install it I can see my PCI 6143 card in the devices and interfaces list. Then installed PCI 6289 card on my RT target. I can see PCI 6143 card in the devices and interfaces list but i can not see PCI 6289.  I trie to reinstall drivers but not work.
Why I can see PCI 6143 but not PCI 6289?

Hello!

Make sure that the DAQmx driver support the board(s) in question and you can find this information in the read-me file that is installed with the driver. Also you say that you have PCI boards and a RT-target so in other words you use a desktop as a target. What kind of specifications do you have on the PCI bus in that computer?
