PCI-6224 connector 1 doesn't work

Hi,

I have a NI PCI-6224, M series DAQ card. I use it to read 2 load cells (ATI Nano 17). When I go in 'Test panels' I get signal from connector 0 but not from connector 1. What I need to do to get signal from both connectors?
