PCI 6503 - no supported device found

Hi, i have a problem with the PCI-6503 under XP (Labview 8.2; NIDAQmx 8.5). THe board is correctly installed (i can see it both in the pc hardware explorer both using MAX). Using max the board is named NI PCI-6503: "Dev-1".

When i try to create task ( i need to generate an analogue output voltage ) MAX shows me: no supported device found.

any suggestions?

Of course you get that message. Do you not know what type of board that is? How do you expect to get an analog output?
