PCI-6527 & PCI-6023E not recognized by PC

Had to recover a PC with PCI-6527 and PCI-6023E boards.  First the hard drive was recovered by making an image from another working PC with the same system.  After this, the boards (ie Drivers) were not recognized by the PC.  The troubleshooting guide was followed by installing the recommended software TDAQ 7.4.4 which I obtained from your website.  The boards were uninstalled and removed from the PC.  Then the software was installed.  Finally, one board was installed and the PC does not recognize it.  Looked for the drivers in the software but they are not present.  As the PC boots up and checks devices, it shows the PCI as UNKNOWN PCI (in Device Manager shows up as Other PCI).  Urgently need to fix the issue to bring a production machine back up.

Which OS are you using??

Refer this link.

From the indicated Link, you can find, download and install the DAQmx/Traditional DAQ Device Driver version corresponding to your DAQ and OS

Hope this helps

Thanks for the info.  We were able to get the PCI cards recognized.  Had to use another PC backplane/motherboard.  Apparently all the PCI slots are bad (strangely true).  Other than that we were following the correct procedure.  We now have PCI recognition.  The issue now is with the application software.  It's not NI, so we will have to figure it out.  At least the original problem was fixed.
