We have been using PCI-6723 card for some time on our Windows 10 64-bit PC and recently I took our PC to IT services at my company to have it serviced and it was manually transported. When I got back the PC later I noticed that the PCI DAQ card stopped working and it gave the status code -50150 for operations reset, self-test, self calibrate I tried on NI MAX software. Create Task also failed but this time with error code -200157 which is the same error code if a custom program is run and the card is accessed through the Python API with the nidaqmx module.
As can be seen in the attached screenshots the device manager shows the card to be in a working state with no errors; however, NI MAX shows it with a red cross to left of the corresponding entry. All of the NI services except NI Web Server and NI Application Web Server (64-bit) are running on the system.
So far I have tried resetting the device, resetting configuration data, rebooting the computer, deleting the device from the device manager and physically shutting down the PC and checking the physical connection between the card and the PCI slot, but non of these methods solved the issue. I remember having similar issues when I first installed the hardware and software. Do you have any suggestions to resolve the issue?
