PCI6221 counter channels stops counting automatically and starts when the entire system is restarted

Hai all

          I am using PCI6221 DAQ Card in which my counter channels is rerouted in software and is counting the signal from the Encoder, This often stops counting inbetween, Even after reseting the card that doesnt starts counting, But when i restart complete power supply it works, What might be the issue,

Did you also try running one of the shiped examples for edge counting?

Do they show the same behaviour?
