PCIe6323 read always -5v on all channels

I was working with PCIe6323  daq and it was working fine and suddenly it reads -5 v on all channels. Signals are connected to channels but the daq can't read it. I tried to configure it but it doesn't work properly> Did  I loose the daq?

The device could not be calibrated.
Status Code: -201293
Device could not complete the calibration operation.
Calibration could fail for the following reasons:
1. The actual reference signal applied for calibration was different from the value you specified. Ensure that the reference signal applied is the same as the values that were input.
2. The reference signal was not stable over the period of time that the hardware was being calibrated. Ensure that the reference signal specified is free of noise and does not drift over the duration of the calibration.

Looks like one of the power supplies or references within the card is damaged. You would need to send it for repair/replacement.

How to make sure of this damage? Could I test it using the multimeter leads?
