PXI-6120 Digital output frequency

Thanks, for the you time and effort,

I try to receive it least 200 kHz (I hope to get 500 kHz) out of the digital out,

The problem is that I am not seeing the expected PWM signal on digital lines (the program does not has any error it runs as expected, building the array and all), 

the output (measured by scope) is sometimes constant 0 [volt] or 5 [volt] but not PWM (the scope capable measure up to 20 MHz)

and I have a problem when I try to open the VI you sent - error code 9,

Apologies, though I saved the VI's for LV 2010, I believe I attached the LV 2012 version.  Let me try again.
