PXI6733 to trigger PXI6250 start trigger

Hi Alls,

When PXI6733 Analog start, I wanted PXI6250 to start Analog IN too at the same time.

Let say Analog out sample 1 at 1V, Analog in will sample 1V too at the same time.

I was trying to set PXI6733 to trigger PXI6250 start trigger, but it seems doesn't work.

Card PXI6733 (Dev1) inserted to slot 4, while PXI6250(Dev2) inserted to slot 5.

I have set at MAX so that PXI_trigger1 "away from slot 1".

Please refer to the pic attached here and thankssss for your help.

Hello Eng Wei,

Do you mean that the PXI-6733 will output the 1V signal, then that 1V signal will be read in by the PXI-6250? A.k.a loopback?

In that case, the PXI-6250 acquisition should be started first and made to wait for the trigger to come in from the PXI-6733.

Do you mind attaching the VI for this? It might be helpful if we get a bigger picture (e.g. the dataflow order of the DAQmx VIs, such as DAQmx Start Task for the two cards).

Best regards,

Victor
