Problem with 9201 card

Hi,

I am using Labview 8.6 version. I have interfaced cDAQ 9172 with labview.I am using 9201 Voltage card to acquire analog voltage signal.I am using a sensor which generate output voltage. When i am measuring o/p voltage of this sensor through multimeter it is showing constant voltage for example 280mv. But when i connect this o/p to 9201 voltage card & when i measure through DAQ Assistant it is showing a large variation from 230 to 330mv.

Hi,

I don't know what this "o/p voltage" should be, but your multimeter might measure RMS voltage and DAQ Assistent does not. It simply takes the actual voltage at the time it will be sampled. So a variation between 230 and 330mV could be 280mV RMS
