Problems when measuring analog voltages 6014 PCI card

I need help I'm using an acquisition card PCI 6014 data for reading an analog voltage value on a trial using the application NI-DAQmx to test the card but I had problems because the card does not read the voltage values correctly for exampleIt will connect an analog DC voltage of 4 volts and the card read a different signal voltage

There's not enough information. What pins do you have the source to. What is the source? What is the terminal configuration (differential, rse)? What voltage do you read?

We are reading an analog voltage between 1.7V to 5.3V analogues ... is a current source settings ... we are using is differential ... In the tool, a signal that varies Measurement & Automation Explorer us appears much the value that actually we are reading, we are using the analog input channel 4

I don't understand what you said. What does analog voltage and current source mean? You can only read voltage with your device. What is always much the value? What are the actual pins, not just channel 4?

We are using a switching power supply 5V
The terminal configuration is differential I'm using channel 4 anologo 6014 PCI card. and voltage'm trying to read is 5 volts.

Please stop saying you are using differential. What are the actual pin numbers you have connected the source to the device? Why is that so hard to provide? I'm guessing you have incorrectly wired it up or you should be using rse mode.
