cDAQ-9174 connection to computer

I have a NI cDAQ-9174 including three modules: NI 9213, NI 9201, and NI 9263. I have installed the driver by the provided DVD. Also, we have Labview 2012 on the computer.

When I connect the USB to the desktop and plug in the power, it can recognize the USB device (NI cDAQ-9174) but I go to the NI MAX, I cann't see the USB connection. The only USB option is NI USB-6501 which is in the "Not Presented" status. So, when I run the labview program it shows a pop-up error window (Could not locate instruNet Network #1. At this time, we see no instruNet networks.)
Anyone has any idea what should I do?

Which year and version of LabVIEW are you using? Also, which version of the DAQmx drivers were installed? You find this in NI MAX (I've attached an image showing where it will be in NI MAX). It is possible that the driver is not compatible with your version of LabVIEW.  Also the USB 6501 is a different product and unrelated to the cDAQ (it was probably connected at some point in the past and NI MAX remembers it).
