Read from a Text file

Hi,
I am triying to read from a text file. I search forum messages about this subject and I found two example.
I merge them. But both of two method fails for my application. I don't know what I should change.
I attached the text file that i want to read and the vi ı used.

Essen-

What format are you trying to input form the file in? Are you trying to input a date/time string and then two numbers? If you are trying to input date/time string, you will have to parse it as well.

I am sorry but I don't understand your reply.

Let me clarify my purpose. I have a text file. It has three information as time info and two numbers. I trie to separetyl read these three info. (I don't want to parse time info I want it as complete.)
