Real-Time Strip Chart Data export to Excel, text or csv files?

Dear Madam/Sir,

I have a data acquition card that I am reading TC temperature signals from, and displaying it in a real-time strip chart. Is there anyway I can document or save the data (Analog two or three temperature readings vs time) into an excel spread sheet, CSV, or a simple text file?

Have a look at the Programming -> File I/O palette on the block diagram. To look at examples, navigate to Help -> Find Examples..
