Reinstalling Windos 7E on cDAQ-9133

Hi,

I'm stuck with the re-installation of windows 7E on my cDAQ-9133.

I followed the advice shown in https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000001DkdeCAC&l=en-US

But when its finally reaches the installation wizard of windows, i can't read the textfile

and can't proceed the installation. I tried the original DVD with an USB-drive and also made an ISO-image on a USB-stick. But both are stuck here.
Does any-one knows a solution?
