Route the ATCOut to a digital line

I'm using a hardware analog trigger connected to the PFI0, and i need to route the ATCOut signal to a digital line, how i do this? Thanks in advance. If possible with example.

Hello,

Though you cannot route this signal to one of the eight DIO lines, you can indirectly route it to a PFI line though which will probably function just as well for you. In fact, here is a LabVIEW example that does just this.

I'm not sure if you're using LabVIEW or not, but if not you should be able to get a good idea about what is going on from the description.

Yes, i'm using labview 6i and a DAQ Card PCI-MIO-16E-4. I'm tryin to first route the ATCOut signal to a PFI line and then connect physically this line to a digital line for polling it. But i don't know how to do this. Thanks.

Yes, the LabVIEW example I mentioned should do the trick. You actually have to route the ATCOUT signal to an intermediate location such as a counter gate first and then route that to a PFI line. The example covers this.

Then you can physically wire the PFI line to any digital line for polling. Check your user manual for a pinout of the PFI lines.
