Hi all!
I'm using the SHC68-68-RDIO and I want to plug it on a custom PCB. I use the 2-5171339-5 (manufactured by Tyco) to connect it, as written on NI website. The pinout matches perfectly and I can plug the wire, but the screws on the wire are too short to touch the connector. Do you have a reference for a standoff, or any mechanics to solve this problem?
Thanks for your help!
Pierre

Hi Pierre,
When you say, "as written on the NI website", where are you referring? I also did a search for the Tyco part you referenced, but I couldn't find that particular one. Would you be able to provide links to these resources?
Once I have an idea of the physical limitation you're referring to, I'd be happy to explore some options.

Hi Pierre,
I have the same problem. It seems that 2 screw locks are needed. The screw locks should have M2.5 thread to insert into the M2.5 threaded holes of TE Connectivity 2-5174339-5, and also provide thread holes for the NI cable you mentioned.
Did you manage to solve your problem? Can you share if you find the right screw locks (Part number)?
Thank you in advance!
