Screw Terminal Blocks - SCB-68/100 - can't get them to function

A while back I was trying to utilize a SCB-68 connector block with a PCI DAQ card, and I couldn't get it to work properly. I have used DAQ racks and other boards before with no trouble, so i was a bit perplexed. So i just used an older DAQ board and moved on to something else. Now I am trying to use the SCB-100 in a different setting, and again I am having troubles. So perhaps someone could direct me out of my ignorance in using these blocks. Using instrumentation explorer, I have tried using the test panel for Digital I/O. First of all, the test panel shows 31 digital I/O selects, and that is all. Secondly, because the online manual (don't know where original is) doesn't indicate which pins are which on the block, i have no idea which pins these 31 selects correspond to. Finally, I tried measuring all outputs of the card on the block for a TTL signal, but all were low. So, I'm pretty stumped. Suggestions anybody?

The pin configuration of SCB68/SCB100 depends on the card used.
Check the manual for the card and look at the pin assignment. They are the same whether you use SCB68 or CB68LP/LPR, etc.
for example a PCI- Eseries manual should list the pin configurations for all PCI MIO cards.
Many MIO cards have identical pin assignements (except for the availabity of extra output channels and more DIO's.
