Hi Peter,
I see you are asking about NI-DAQ support for your USB-6211. I am assuming you are referring to NI-DAQmx. Do you need a smaller driver for deployment of an application or an actual development environment? If you are developing in ANSI C you will need the full download of DAQmx 8.5 or 8.6 since a lot of the code is shared between different development environments.
If you only need to deploy your application we do have five different footprints available for the DAQmx run-time. Currently these are not yet available online for DAQmx 8.5 and 8.6. I have included a link below to a page which describes the footprint options available.

Hi Peter,
We will be addressing and releasing the smaller run-time
footprints of DAQmx 8.6 in the near future. There is another post which I have
linked below that deals with this same topic. An official update to this issue
will be posted on this linked forum when the real-time footprints are available
online.
Where do you hide the runtime engines for DAQmx?
Just to summarize once again, these smaller footprints are run-time engines only and will not allow you to develop new applications in C. You will only be able to deploy and run previously developed applications. If it is your intention to develop in C you will need the full version of DAQmx 8.6.
