Streaming analog data with multiple USB-6008 possible?

Hi,

I'm doing a project which I will consider to use USB data acquisition devices. I have 14 analog channel inputs, so I need to use two USB-6008. I'm not sure if I can stream data simultaneously out of the two USB-6008s at the same time? And is there any unique ID that can tell which USB-6008 I'm talking to? Because we know that windows does not remember the order of USB devices. I also checked the iUSBDAQ (http://www.hytekautomation.com/Products/IUSBDAQ.html), they seem to claim the simultaneously streaming from multiple DAQs possible and they provide unique ID (serial number) for each DAQ. The price is not bad for the features. But I need to know if USB-6008 can do the same thing before I make decisions.

Hello Steve,
You can definitely acquire data from multiple USB-600x devices simultaneously.  Also, there is a function that will return a unique serial number for the device as well.  The pic below shows how it is done in LabVIEW, and it can be done text based languages as well.  Please re-post if you have any additional questions:)
