Suitable board for xpc target matlab

Hi.

I'm very to NI products and in the process of setting it with xPC Tareget Matlab for my research.

In my system, there are 8 force sensors, 2 encoders, 2capacitive position sensors, 1micro motor and 3motors. I would like to implement force and position control and planning to use PCI 6024E I/O card.
I'm planning to buy only that card, but my supplier suggested to buy/add counter card and PCI simultenous card although PCI 6024E already has 2 counters on it. Is it really necessary to buy these 2 additional cards? Why do I need additional counter board if there are already counters on the PCI 6024E?Is It really necessary to buy shielded cable And shielded terminal block? They are really expensive. Has anyone ever used only the PCI 6024E card alone without these  additional cards for xPC Target? Did it work fine?

I have several question for this problem.
Why don't you ask him(your supplier) about you need counter card and PCI simutenous card?
The situation is changing it depends on what's your targeted accuracy, and so on, but I can say PCI-6024E is enough for those features.
We can let PCI-6024E out to you and you can check this out.
