Template from company doesnt work

I am trying to use a template provided by my company and I get a message that the data types are incmpatable "SV express datatype" (see attached)

I was trying to resolve this with the person which created the template and he used the same version of labview I have to create it

The template is also attached

Please advise

Hello Yogev,

I saw that this was mentioned in another thread by you.

http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/datatypes-missing-when-using-a-pre-defined-setup-file/td-p/2234106

Did you get an opportunity to speak with the people from SAGE about the configuration file? When I tried opening the project file you posted I was informed of missing log files which stopped me from actually getting to run the project and get the error. Was there any configuration (.xml) files included in the package you got from SAGE that I could be missing?

Regards,

Travis,

The configuration was done by an engineer that used the Labview tool to set us up with the equipment that was bought from SAGE, not by SAGE.

I've attached two more files, put all three in a directory in the root: "C:\SignalExpress Data", run the config and then try the template again (you need to unzip only the config file)

Thank you for the support
