The DAQPad 6015 is reading almost 3 times what my o-scope is reading

I have it setup in MAX without any custom scaling and my oscope reads about 1.36V at the same time that the DAQPad reads about 4V on an anlog input. Does anyone have any suggestions on what may be wrong?

I'd like to help if I could get a little more information. Are you testing the device in MAX or in LabVIEW? If you are testing in MAX, are you running a test panel on the device or are you testing a global channel that you have set up? If you put 0V on the device, do you see a difference between the o-scope and the device? What about 5V? Do both devices share a common ground? Is the DAQPad reading always scaled by a factor or 3, or is there a constant offset? Could you measure a ground and 5V signal from the DAQPad to test these voltage levels? You might also want to test these different voltage levels on multiple input channels to see if all channels show the same result. With the information from these tests we can effectively narrow down the problem.
