Thermocouples in one module all reading same value

Hello,

I've got a DAQ system set up with two thermocouple modules, an NI9211 and an NI9214, in my cRIO-9074 chassis. It's been working just fine, when suddenly, all of the channels in one module (the 9214) read 114.19 (not the correct values).

This has happened before and re-seating the module fixed it, but apparently not this time. I've tried the module in different slots in the chassis (including switching the 9211 and 9214) to no avail.

Another note, the channels are not outputting an error when read in LabView, only all showing the same wrong value.

Also, the thermocouples read 114.19 even when there are some connectors that are left open/unplugged.

Have you tried using Measurement & Automation Explorer's Test Panels to read your 9214's data or are you only using LabVIEW?
