Trigger with DAQPad6020E

I have a DAQPad620E and I want to acquire an analogique signal, with an external trig about 4hz (every 258ms). I put this trig on PFIO/TRIG1 and I use the AI-start.vi with digital A trig. But when I analyse my datas, I have any datas every 516ms and not every 258ms. The system forget one trig, and acquire every two trig. I don't understand.
