Twisted conductor pair to coaxial SMB Plug

Hi,

I need to adapt from a shielded twisted pair cable, MIL-DTL-27500-22SP2S23, to a SMB connector for the NI 4472 Series, NI PCI-4474 DAQ unit.  Are there any suggested adapters or connectors that will make this easy and robust?
