The DAQmx Base issue has been reported to R&D. This is going to be another case where the next base driver should resolve the issue. There isn't a timeline for a release or patch, but I will most definately post as soon as something is available.
For the OEM - what load are you sourcing to? I have not been able to repeat this on a 6009 after moving to DAQmx 8.5.
