USB-6008 capable of two edge separation measurement?

I'm wondering if USB-6008's counter is capable of doing two edge separation measurements?   I need to measure the elapsed time between two digital signals that occur ~5 milliseconds apart.

No, it's not. As the spec says, the counter is an event counter only.

How can one tell based on the specs whether the counter is capable of doing two edge separation measurement?

Because on pages 23 and 27 of the specs, all that is listed is edge counting capability.
