Hi,
I am trying to use the USB-6009 with python for data acquisition.
I downloaded the Ni-daqmx driver, however when I run my python script I get :
nidaqmx.errors.DaqError: Failed to retrieve error description.
Status Code: -200090
I tried removing the Ni-daqmx driver with NI package manager and reinstalling it, uninstalling the python nidaqmx package and reinstalling it, nothing worked.
I checked the version of Nidaqmx I downloaded with the provided labview vi and I got :
Error Out -200683
I found out that this meant the following :
"NI-DAQmx has detected a corrupt installation. Please re-install NI-DAQmx. If you continue to receive this message, please contact National Instruments for assistance."
Tried uninstalling it again and reinstalling, still the same error.
I am using python 3.10, on Windows 11 and the labview VI tells me "DAQmx 0.is installed".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
