I have NI DAQmx 21.0.0 installed along with Labview 2021 and cDAQ 9189 connected to the computer via ethernet. The reserve chassis and self-test buttons are missing along with 4 modules connected to the chassis.
cDAQ-9189 is seen under Network Devices in Devices and Interfaces section (image attached), also nothing is present in Software section. Clicking "Add Device" gives an error message "Internal software error occurred in MIG software" (image attached). I get the same error message while trying to run Labview as well. Also, attached are two other screenshots showing Device Manager and NI Package Manager.
I have refreshed MAX and have opened and closed it and rebooted the computer multiple times, and soft reset (<5 sec ) the DAQ, have repaired NI-DAQmx. Still not working. I would really appreciate if anyone had faced similar issues and have suggestions. Thanks!

Are you using Windows 10 or 11?
The first supported driver version in Windows 11 is 2022 Q3.

Thanks, but it's Windows 10 pro.

Actually it was working several weeks back and can't remember changing anything except sudden freezing/stopping of labview program due to unexpected high inlet values for Mass Flow Controller. At the start, I got "Device identifier is invalid" error message but later on while playing around ip address, new message "Internal software error occurred in MIG software" popped up.
